Shelby Bell is the public face of the Pennsylvania propane industry and one of the state’s go-to people in her roles as Executive Director for the Pennsylvania Propane Gas Association and the Pennsylvania Propane Foundation.
An expert in association management, Shelby manages day-to-day operations, performing tasks related to marketing, professional development, communications, public affairs, financial management, governmental concerns and member relations. Multi-tasking is her superpower.
Shelby joined Wanner Associates in 2007, coming from the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association and has over twenty-five years of association management experience. She is a member of The International Association of Young Gassers, Women in Propane Council, National Propane Gas Foundation Scholarship Committee, Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association’s Membership Committee and the Pennsylvania Society of Association Executives (PASAE).
Shelby is a domestic violence awareness advocate and a founding member of the Toni Clouse Myers Sunflower Ball. She is the proud wife of Steve, ‘mom’ to Taylor & Eddie and her greatest privilege is being called ‘G’ by her grandson Wells. Outside the office Shelby is focused on her family and friends (who are loved as family) and often serves as ‘social director’ organizing exciting excursions and fun activities.
